Matres 5thC AD

Again thanks go to Dr Eleanor Barraclough for bringing the Matres of the 5th century to my attention.

I don’t feel I deliberately channel these historical figures but when people bring similarities between my work and those from history to my attention I feel the chill and excitement that my art is making the connection to our ancestors though the ages.
